Three Organizational Communicators in GE Capital Businesses were recognized recently with Awards of Excellence. The winners include:

• Carol Gardell, Commercial Equipment Financing
• Paula Johnston, Modular Space
• Joyce Robinson, GE Financial Assurance

This was the first year for the award, according to Karen Horn, manager of global organizational communication and diversity for GE Capital. The awards were created to recognize excellent work by the GE Capital business communicators within their organizations. All three were cited for their collaborative efforts in 1998 in building a better system within GE Capital.
