BAD!

(1) Waste the user's time with a jump index page that takes them to the exact same page??

(2) Get users to sign up for the Newsletter, throw them to different site, and then strand them there

(3) 'Internships' link should be expanded into more than just an email address, especially with the Summer coming up

(4) "listen to fnx now" took 45 minutes and tweaked everything I could and still couldn't make it work. Are you making it hard on purpose?

(5) the ENTIRE movies section! Ick!
