Usually, I'm the goto gal for outsourcing, but there have been a few items farmed out.
I do outsource my web hosting to an external company, and work with them to get client sites set up in a timely matter.
Initial ISI lectures and videos produced by an local firm before being brought in house. Managed the integration of an ISI Alumni Community with Harris Publishing.
At GE, we had an in-house graphic designer that made all the user interfaces.
