Dr. Gregg holds the Mitch McConnell Chair in Leadership at the University of Louisville and is director of the McConnell Center for the Study of Leadership. He has served as National Director of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute and is the author of The Presidential Republic: Executive Representation and Deliberative Democracy (Rowman & Littlefield, 1997).
