Michael M. Uhlmann is Senior Vice-President of the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation. For many years an adjunct professor of government at Claremont McKenna College, he authored the Minority Report of the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1970 in opposition to direct election of the president. He later served as Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs (1975-1977) and as Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan (1981-1984).
