Dr. Walker is Assistant Professor of Government at The Catholic University of America. He is the author of The Ethics of F. A. Hayek (University Press of America, 1986) and The Moral Foundations of Constitutional Thought: Current Problems, Augustinian Prospects (Princeton University Press, 1990). The latter book won the Edward S. Corwin Award for the best dissertation in public law from the American Political Science Association.
