NAIBA Tradeshow, October 6th and 7th 2001
ISI Books recently attended the annual New Atlantic Independent Booksellers Association (NAIBA) Tradeshow, October 6th and 7th in Washington, D.C.
This exhibit provided an excellent venue for ISI Books' staff to display ISI titles and to meet with a number of booksellers within the mid-Atlantic region.
An important marketing tool, exhibits such as this create a great opportunity to personally connect with buyers with bookstores and to further promote our quality books.
Many booksellers were impressed with the titles displayed, and as always, the Student Guide Series made a big hit with attendees.
Other books that were very well received included Plagues of the Mind and Shakespeare as Political Thinker.
Numerous catalogues were taken with orders promised to follow shortly.
As a result of attending such tradeshows, ISI Books continues to garner respect and build name recognition within the publishing industry.
With strong lead titles such as The Clash of Orthodoxies, and Securing Democracy, and an impressive backlist, this is assured to only increase.
All in all, the weekend was a tremendous success and the ISI Books' staff looks forward to future opportunities to attend such exhibits.
