Discount and terms of Sale:
ISI Books offers each and every one of its titles at a 20% discount to libraries at all times. There is no minimum order requirement. Payment terms: Net, 30 days, F.O.B., Chicago, payment in U.S. dollars. Prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:
Via the least expensive trackable means unless a waiver of liability is on file, and rates are as follows: U.S. orders: $4.00 for the first book and $ 1.00 for each additional book. Foreign orders: $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book.

Returns:
Defective copies are accepted at any time for replacement. Claims for damaged or short shipments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Books in saleable condition are returnable at no less than 6 months from the date of invoice and at no later than 1 year from that same date. No pricing residue, bent corners, or shelf-worn covers will be accepted. Invoice number and discount must be submitted with your return, or a refund of 50% retailers and libraries will occur.
